Korea Post Office Bank - worst service ever

The rude clerks at KOREA POST OFFICE BANK in MAPO branch are the rudest of all.

I've never came across such rude service folks.

They asked my husband WHY he wanted to sign up for internet banking.  WHY?  WHY?  Is he a criminal?  Plus the rudeness.  Then the "manager" transferred him to another clerk.  Thankfully much nicer than the rude "bank manager" there.

I also remember getting asked if my ID card was "picked up from the street" because of my "foreign name".  I was so dumbfounded and speechless... WOW..

If you're thinking of banking with them, please think twice.  They treat legal foreigners like us like criminals!
