Waffles with ice cream is one of my favorite cafe eats! You can definitely make a lot of sense of the cafe as a whole in this one dish. Any cafe that boasts this plate should be able to "wow" it.
Thankfully, Moss Cafe around Ichon station (Dong-bu ichon-dong) shows how it should be done. This plate of perfection has it all. The waffle is just as it should be, soft and moist inside and the outside crust has the perfect "crunch" as you fork it away. The ice cream is great on its own. But the real star of this plate is the berry compote...home made and with love it screams. With love indeed, my mouth would say.
